RAW IT is a specialist recruitment agency in the Information Technology field and with over 17 years experience in IT recruitment, we “speak your language” and understand the IT needs of both our clients and candidates and are able to bring the two together.
Our focus is on building long term relationships with both our clients and our candidates, with a specific emphasis on understanding the business and needs of our clients, and also understanding the long term goals and aspirations of our candidates.
Each candidate is treated as an individual and we focus on finding him/her a position that matches what he/she is looking for. Each job specification is also treated individually and we will search the right candidate to match the job profile.
